LIVING ENVIRONMENT
We are great friends of rabbits and as such we try to make their stay with us as pleasant and interesting as possible. Our rabbit house is a self-contained, air-conditioned building for rodents only. Each bunny is housed in an individual enclosure. It is equipped with a mat, a litter box, hay feeders, a hutch, a tunnel and a water bowl. Every owner, of course, can bring part of their own rabbit interior.
If the bunny is calm, well-behaved and used to walking in a home environment, it can enjoy the same privilege with us, but under supervision.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS
In order to be our guest, the bunny must be healthy and at least 2-3 months should have passed since its acquisition as a pet. It is highly recommended for it to have a passport, an annual vaccine, and regular deworming is mandatory.

Reservations for the summer season (July – September) and during major holidays are accepted at least two weeks in advance.
PRICE FOR HOTEL PER DAY:
• For one bunny in a separate enclosure – BGN 16
• For two bunnies per owner in one enclosure – BGN 22
• For a bunny in its personal cage – BGN 14
Cage rental (120×60 см): +2 BGN / day
DISCOUNT for stays over 14 days.
Bunnies are checked in and checked out from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm. If the bunny arrives or is picked up in the middle of the day (lunch/early afternoon), it is charged as half day.

The price includes:
– Cleaning and feeding twice a day
– If possible - a walk outside the enclosure within the room
– Use of rabbit equipment - mat, litter box, hutch, hay feeder, tunnel, toys, drinker, bowls
– Cosmetic care (combing, eye cleansing)
– Regular sending of photos, videos and information about the condition of the pet
The price does not include:
- Food (dry and fresh, hay, alfalfa, herbs, delicacies, etc.)
- Litter (softwood shavings, pellets)
– Transport
– Veterinary services
No prepayment is required for on-site reservations, but we highly value your correctness and in case of changes we would like to be notified at least 24 hours before the booked check in date. The price of the performed service is paid in cash at the end, upon collection. For visits over 10 days an advance payment of 50% is required.
LUGGAGE
You must bring your bunny only in a transport bag or with its cage. You must bring its usual dry food, hay, and according to the diet – dried/fresh fruit and vegetables, supplements, treats etc. The toilet litter (softwood shavings/pellets) is also provided by the owner. Optional – toys, mat, chalk, salt, bowls, comb/brush, etc.
