GUESTS REQUIREMENTS
In our house, we welcome calm, playful and delicate domestic (apartment) dogs of small and medium breeds. Since they live freely and together in the home with us as family members and go for long walks in the park, it is mandatory for males over 7 months of age to be neutered. We make an exception for male dogs without a pronounced sexual urge and dominant behaviour.
A preliminary meeting with the dog and the owner before the first visit is highly recommended! We are being extremely careful in the selection of our guests, and we pay special attention to the character, the age, the fears, and the temperament of every dog. It is very important that the dog feels at ease at our home, and that it integrates smoothly the group. Most of our frequent visitors have been with us since their early age, and we’ve accompanied them until they’ve become languid and tired grandmas and grandpas. For us, the care is friendship; it is a second home forever.
The dog is required to be social, non-aggressive towards people, other dogs and our sweet cat, to be healthy, with a valid annual vaccine and dewormed regularly internally and externally. It is desirable for it not to have destructive habits, not to bark more than usual, to walk well on a leash in a park environment and to have hygienic habits.

LIVING ENVIRONMENT

Most of our regular visitors walk in the park and in the forest without a leash. For all new guests this happens only with the express consent of the owner and after our own judgment.
In our summer house in Bankya, surrounded by beautiful forest, the dogs have the full freedom to enjoy the big courtyard all day long. The open living space is their own space for privacy and relaxation. The place is particularly suitable for older dogs or dogs with mobility challenges.
Every time the group allows it, we walk along the renowned ecological hiking path ’’Trail of the Health’’, which borders our villa. Naturally suitable for long plays in a good company, the vast green courtyard generates pleasant and memorable experiences.

In order to keep the home-like format, our admission is very limited, and booking for the summer season (July – September) and during major holidays is to be made at least two weeks, and often a month in advance.

PRICE FOR HOTEL PER DAY:
Dogs up to/over 15 kg
• 1 to 14 days – BGN 50/55
• 15 to 30 days – BGN 45/50
• Over 31 days – BGN 40/45
DISCOUNTS:
Up to -20% for regular guests (not applicable during official holidays)
-10% for two or more pets per owner (two dogs; a dog and a cat)

PRICE FOR DAYCARE:
Dogs up to/over 15 kg
• Up to 8 times a month – BGN 40/44
• Over 8 times a month – BGN 36/40
The duration of the service is 12 hours and the full amount is to be paid regardless of the hours of stay.
Dogs are checked in and checked out from 8.30 am to 9.30 pm. If the dog arrives or is picked up in the middle of the day (lunch / early afternoon), this is charged as half a day.
The price includes:
– Two walks a day in a park environment with at least one of them lasting 60 minutes or according to the needs of the dog (for the house in Lozenets)
– Hygiene (paw washing, combing)
– Feeding according to the individual diet
– Playing, activities and round-the-clock company in a free home atmosphere
– Health care (giving medicines and supplements, cleaning eyes and ears)
– Regular sending of photos, videos and information about the condition of the pet
The price does not include:
– Food (brought by the owner)
– Transport
– Veterinary services
– Other services (full bathing, grooming, cooking, etc.)
No prepayment is required for on-site reservations, but we highly value your correctness and in case of changes we would like to be notified at least 24 hours before the booked check in date. The price of the performed service is paid in cash at the end, upon collection. For visits over 10 days an advance payment of 50% is required. Regular customers can also pay by bank transfer.
